He has appeared in Richard Gush of Salem, The Importance of Being Earnest, Romeo and Juliet, Peer Gynt, Taxi Ranks, When Thou Art King, Epicœne, or The silent woman, The Hollow Crown (1976), Hadrian the Seventh (CAPAB 1971), Twelfth Night (Maynardville), The Bacchae, The Zoo Story.
He directed The Circus Adventure (1973), Twelfth Night at Maynardville in 1978, Oraison, The Good and Faithful Servant, Confusions (1979), First Monday in October (1981), The Bacchae (1981),
Together with Carl de Gouveia he presented Pieter Fourie’s Faan se Stasie, staged at the Lake Theatre in Parkview in 1976 and Faan se Trein.
He wrote the text for the television series Barney Barnato.
