Errol Ross (19**-). Actor, director, choreographer.


He was married to Trudie Taljaard. He moved to the United States where he continued his career as an actor and married Karla Drake.

Performed in Tug-O-War, Seppukyu, Elizabeth I, Kat in die Donker, Die Paddas (KRUIK), Subject to Fits and Roulette. He starred in Schlengemann’s Die Drie Van Der Walts together with Wilna Snyman and Don Lamprecht with direction by François Swart for PACT in 1979. ** He starred in Who Goes Bare? at the Andre Huguenet in 1989.

He had roles in Gilgamesh 1972, Die Blindes (PACOFS 1973), Die Nag van Legio (1972), Becket, Hamlet (1973), Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.

Directed Die Jakkalsstreke van Scapino for PACOFS, 1973.


He won the Anton de Waal Award for Best Afrikaans Performance for 1974/1975.
