Performance history in South Africa
Kom Spook By My directed by Peter Kleinschmidt for CAPAB, opening in the Hofmeyr Theatre on 30 March 1968. Cast: Percy Sieff, Johan Malherbe, Lerina C. Erasmus, Christine Basson, Pieter Fourie, Glynn Day, Woutrine Theron, Dawid van der Walt. Decor and costumes by Annette Schaad. Stage director Pieter de Swardt.
This production toured the Western and Northern Cape during April 1968 and played at the H.B. Thom Theatre from 2 to 4 May 1968.
Kom Spook By My directed by Jannie Gildenhuys for PACOFS, opening 5 March 1969 in the Bloemfonteinse Stadskouburg. Décor and costumes by Limpie Basson. The cast: Bennie Janeke, Johan Malherbe, Neels Coetzee, Maryann Johnston, Carmen Haddad, Ernst Eloff, Johan Botha, Helena Myburgh.
