Also known as the Hofmeyr Hall or Hofmeyrsaal in Afrikaans. An ill equipped venue situated in the Groote Kerk building in Adderley Street, Cape Town. It was home to several companies over the years:

Also used by National Theatre Organisation (NTO) and the Cape Performing Arts Board (CAPAB) for their productions, including CAPAB's first productions of Becket (Anouilh) and Hedda Gabler (Ibsen) in 1963.
