Two to Tango is a play for two performers by Mike van Graan (1959-).

The original text
A political satire about a superficially liberal white couple negotiating post-apartheid challenges, it is described by the author as "a comedy drama about a forty-something, white, superficially liberal, heterosexual couple with two teenage daughters living in, and coming to terms with, post-apartheid South Africa, and more specifically in Cape Town with its historical race divisions" (Mike van Graan Website[1]).
The play was submitted to the 2005 NLDTF/PANSA Festival of Reading of New Writing (Comedy) where it was a finalist, and subsequently premiered at the Liberty Theatre on the Square in April 2006

Performance history in South Africa
2006: Opened at the Liberty Theatre on the Square, Sandton, in April, directed by Ruth Levin with Bo Petersen and Bruce Young. The production went on to also play at the National Arts Festival Fringe, Grahamstown (1-7 July), On Broadway, Cape Town, (10 July-12 August), the Klein Libertas Theatre, Stellenbosch, (26, 30, 31 August), the Hilton Arts Festival (14-16 September), the Cultivaria Festival, Paarl (23-24 September) and at Artscape, Cape Town (4-9 December).
2019: Performed in the updated version at The Drama Factory, Somerset West, directed by Ira Blanckenberg, with Paul du Toit and Sue Diepeveen.
