1953: Presented by the Brian Brooke Company starring British actor John Trevor and Zoe Randall directed by Brian Brooke at the Alhambra Theatre, Durban, subsequently at the Hofmeyr Theatre in Cape Town.
1964: Presented by PACT at the Alexander Theatre, the National Theatre in Pretoria, the Little Theatre, Springs and the City Hall in Germiston in 1964. The play was directed by Ricky Arden, starring Arthur Hall, Vaughan Scott, Fiona Fraser, John Hayter, Bess Finney, Siegfried Mynhardt and others.
