He made his film debut at the age of 11 in The Wonder Kid and has since gained extensive film, stage, radio and television experience in the United Kingdom, Kenya and South Africa.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He has appeared in Ring Round the Moon (PACT 1964), Maxim Gorky's The Lower Depths in Port Elizabeth to mark the opening of the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela University) (CAPAB August 18, 1965), Trap for a Lonely Man (CAPAB 1965), The Big Knife (CAPAB 1965), and The Creeper (1968).
