Hardland
Hardland is a bilingual (Afrikaans and English) play by Harry Kalmer (1956-2019).
Also found as Hard Land.
Not to be confused with the Afrikaans TV series Hartland (lit. "heart land") by Deon Opperman

The original text
The copy of a typed performance text, with handwritten notes and titled Hard Land (no author mentioned), was found in the archives of the Drama Department at Stellenbosch University. Now held in the ESAT repository at the Africa Open Institute for Music, Research and Innovation, with offices at Pieter Okkers House, 7 Joubert Street, Stellenbosch, South Africa.
In reviews and biographical articles on Kalmer, the text is sometimes wrongly referred to as Hartland.
