There are two persons named Hans Strydom who have been associated with South African theatre, film, media and performance:

He co-authored the script for Manie van Rensburg's film, The Fourth Reich, based on his For Volk and Fuhrer: Robey Leibbrandt & Operation Weissdorn (Jonathan Ball Publishers, 1982).

Biography

He studied at the Akademie vir Dramakuns.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Among his many televsion roles are those in Manakwalanders, Plek van die Vleisvreters, Binnelanders.

Film roles include the lead in Jamie Uys's The Gods Must be Crazy.

Awards

He won an award from the ATKV in 2007 as Best Actor for his role as "At Koster" in Binnelanders.
