1969-1972: It played at the Adam Leslie Theatre between late 1969 and 1972, with inter alia Lynnette Bell, Christine Hudson, becoming the longest running show in the history of South Africa theatre up till then. The show also toured the country later in this period, having been granted rights for performances by Proscenium Productions (founded by Hal Orlandini and Gordon Mulholland).
