Don Gil de las calzas verdes ("Don Gil of the Green Breeches") is a 1615 comedy by the Spanish Baroque dramatist, poet and Roman Catholic monk Tirso de Molina (1579–1648) [1].

Translated into German as Don Gil von den grünen Hosen by Knut Boeser [2].

The Boeser translation was adapted and translated into Afrikaans as Don Dinges met die Groen Broek by Nerina Ferreira.
