Naomi Buch (1944-1996) was an actress born in Northern Rhodesia (later Zambia). She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art [1] in London.

She starred in the Ben Travers farce, The Bed Before Yesterday (Pieter Toerien, 1976), Alan Ayckbourn’s Absurd Person Singular (The Company, Market Theatre, 1977), Tom Stoppard’s Dirty Linen, (Pieter Toerien, Johannesburg Civic, 1977), Neil Simon’s California Suite (Pieter Toerien, 1978), Paradise is Closing Down (Pieter-Dirk Uys, Edinburgh Festival and London, 1978) , Luv (as “Ellen”), Cause Célèbre.

She was married to Welsh actor Michael Elwyn [2].
