Richard Daneel (1922-) was a stage and film actor and director, and a well known mime-artist.

Biography
Born Richard van Heerden Daneel, He studied mime in France with Marcel Marceau[1] (1923-2007).
Died tragically on the set of a film he was directing, when a light aircraft hit him while setting up the shot.
