JAMES, Anthony. (19*-) Actor. ** He starred in Neil Simon’s classic, The Odd Couple, which was staged at the Brooke Theatre and also starred Brian Brooke in 1967. He starred in Trevor Griffiths’s Comedians together with Michael Howard, Danny Keogh, Richard Cox, Ian Hamilton, Robert Whitehead and Bill Brewer which was staged at The Market Theatre in December 1976. It was directed by Leonard Schach and designed by Anthony Farmer. He starred in William Egan’s production of Tennessee Williams’s The Night of the Iguana together with Sandra Duncan, Annabel Linder and Eric Flynn for PACT at the Alexander in 1983. He starred in Joe Orton’s Entertaining Mr Sloane together with Christine le Brocq, Kevin Smith and Danny Keogh under Robert Whitehead’s direction at Upstairs at the Market in October 1986. **
