(19**-) Actress on stage and television, Singer, Writer.

Biography

Born Judy Broderick circa 1963. She is married to Paul Ditchfield; they have two sons, Keaton, also an actor, and Tom.

Training

Completed a B.A. degree in Psychology, Speech and Drama at the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg in 1984.


Career

She joined the Loft Theatre Company, NAPAC, 1984. Started a freelance career in Johannesburg in 1987.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She performed in Comrades Arms, Heel Against the Head, Every Good Boy Deserves Favour, Travelling Shots, When the Cat's Away, The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, Aged 13¾, Fringe Benefits, Kwamanzi, Tales from the Pleasure Palace, Christian, Boo to the Moon, and Maid in South Africa.

The Boys in the Photograph at the Joburg Theatre.

Played in Fiela's Child - The Musical, Menopause - The Musical and Tarts. Played Stella in the TV series Isidingo.
