The TV drama

The story was adapted in a script by Stephan Bouwer, who also produced and directed the drama for SABC TV, with Karen de Kock, Annelisa Weiland, Wilma Stockenström, Johan de Jager, Koos Bronkhorst, Rita Ehlers and Pieter Brand. First broadcast on 24 May 1976.

The story and the TV text were published by Academica in the collection Tema en tegniek: 'n inleiding tot aspekte van die visuele en ouditiewe letterkundige media (1980) and Teks En Tegniek - 'n Inleiding tot Aspekte van die Drama (1989), both by by P.J. du Toit and A. Kloppers.
