Studied at UCT Drama School.
Career
Worked with PACT and The Company.
He settled in the United States in 1983. He teaches acting, directing, dramatic literature, and directs departmental productions at Williams College [1].

He appeared on stage in productions of And Green And Golden, Bedroom Farce, Cop-Out, East, Lysistrata, An Arabian Night, Ain't We Got Fun, Antigone (by Jean Anouilh), A Sunny Morning, Show Me Yours..., Kafka: The Trial, Holy Moses and All That Jazz, Six Characters in Search of an Author (1973).
One of the founder members of The Company. Roles in *, Pity About People (Pieter-Dirk Uys, 1974), ** (See Schwartz, 1988).
