Larger than Life by Guy Bolton, based on Somerset Maugham's novel Theatre. First produced at the Longacre Theatre, NY in 1917. Turned into a television play by Guy Bolton in 1952. Centres on characters who work and act in the theatre world. Produced by Anthony Farmer for the Johannesburg Reps in December 1955, with a guest appearance by British star Jessie Matthews.
