Bloedlyn ("Bloodline" - Afrikaans) can refer to either a one-act play or a full length play, both written by Temple Hauptfleisch (1945-).

Bloedlyn the one-act play (1970)

A political one -act play about miscegenation, love, intolerance and betrayal under the Apartheid regime.

The original text

Originally written as one of two independent one-act plays entitled *** and Bloedlyn in 1970. In 1972 it was submitted to the Space Theatre for their playwriting competition, and shortlisted for the prize.

The text has never been performed in this form, nor ever published.
