John Hamber (19**-).

He co-directed Twelfth Night with Will Jamieson in the Little Theatre in Port Elizabeth.

He is the author of The Port Elizabeth Shakespearean Festival. An Appreciation, 1982. (Privately published: Copy in Centre for Theatre and Performance Studies, Stellenbosch)

He was one of the first patrons of the Port Elizabeth Amateur Theatre Guild.
