There are two Afrikaans films called Die Erfgenaam ("The heir").

Neither of these are to be confused with Die Erfgename, the Afrikaans version of the play The Heiress by Anna and Augustus Goetz.

It was produced by David Johannes Fourie aka Dawie Fourie for Quadro Films. Production credits are as follows: music by George Hayden, cinematography by Koos Roets, film editing by Johann Schutte, Brian Varaday and Tokkie Wehmeyer.
