Lorna Cowell. (19** -) was a South African actress.

Biography
She had her early training in Durbannwhere she was a prominent member of the Drama Group, appearing in plays by Shaw, Drinkwater, Lonsdale and Priestley. She was chairwoman of the Drama League in Pietemaritzburg and has the distinction of being the first woman to broadcast from Durban.

Robertson) at the Intimate Theatre in 1968; PACT's production of A Month in the Country (Turgenev/Williams) in 1969; the Market Theatre production of Skirmishes (Hayes) in 197*.
