Biography
She studied graphic design at the Pretoria Technikon and joined PACT's Art Department in 1969. Married to South African lighting designer Nic Michaletos.

Frances designed for productions of Oscar (1983), Kinkels innie Kabel, A Lad 'n a Lamp (1988), The Front Page, Sufficient Carbohydrate and designed costumes for Plaston: DNS-Kind, The Crucible, The Comedy of Errors, L'Avare, The Rainmaker, A Streetcar Named Desire, The Story of an African Farm, Die Verminktes.
