Founded at the Muizenberg Junior School in 1978, the inspiration of Celia Musikanth. Composed of parents and teachers at the Muizenberg Junior School in order to "foster the arts among youths". Donated a floating trophy to the most promising junior performer. In 1982 broke away to establish an open society which uses the Masque Theatre for its productions. Has had continuing success over the years, winning the Cape Times Award for Amateur Theatre numerous times.
