Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She was the inspiration behind the founding of the Muizenberg Amateur Dramatic Society (MADS) in 1978.
She directed The Wisdom of Eve (Masque Theatre 2013) and Oom Schalk from the Heart at various venues countrywide, 2013-2015.
She was the organiser of a festival of entertainment including everything from dancing and children's theatre to comedy and music at the Masque Theatre Muizenberg in 2005 and 2007.

Nominated for a Cape Times Theatre Award in 1995 for her direction of Brighton Beach and in 2005 for directing Absurd Person Singular.
