Aubrey Ellis (19**-) was a singer, dancer, actor and designer.
Performed in Jester Minute (1973, Labia Theatre), Don't Drink the Water (Market Theatre), Annie (with Brickhill-Burke), Angel City ( Market Theatre), Christian (with NAPAC and Brickhill-Burke)and in An Oak Falls ( Baxter Theatre).
As actor was in Joan Brickhill and Louis Burke’s The Minstrel Scandals and All-New, Non-Stop Minstrel Scandals for ACT, which opened at the Alhambra Theatre in Cape Town before playing at the Empire Theatre in 1966.
Work as designer includes designs for A Tribute to Noël Coward – Fumed Oak and Red Peppers (The Space, 197*), **
