Elke Oggend van die Wêreld ("Every morning of the world") is the title of an Afrikaans play by Emma Bekker, based on the novel by Pascal Quignard (1948-).
In 1991 the French novel was made into a highly successful film by Alain Courneau.
The novel translated into Afrikaans by Johann Rossouw as Elke Oggend van die Wêreld and published by Protea Boekhuis in 2000.
Rossouw's translation was adapted for the stage by Emma Bekker
