Eric Nobbs [1] (1954-2022) was a South African actor.

Biography
He obtained a Drama Diploma from Pretoria Technicon in 1977. He passed away in Cape Town on 23 October 2022 at the age of 68.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He made his debut as actor in Bartho Smit's Die Keiser (Soldaat, PACT 1978). During his subsequent long career he has appeared in productions of Soldatevryers (PACT 1979), 'n Maand op die Platteland (Matwej, PACT 1979), Rashomon (Houtkapper, PACT 1980), Bobaas van die Boendoe (PACT 1980), Die Drie Van Der Walts (as Dr Pilsen, PACT 1980), Pavane (Miguel, PACT 1980), Al Om Die Ander...?
