Translated into English as Picnic in Town by Terence Feely (1928–2000)[1] and Paul La Fayette.
Performance history in South Africa
1968: Performed as Picnic in Town by PACOFS, directed by Richard Daneel for and opening at the Civic Theatre, Bloemfontein, on 16 October. The lead roles were performed by Carmen Haddad, Mees Xteen, and Paul Eilers, with Rentia Human, Maryann Johnston, George Barnes, Neels Coetzee, Johan Botha, Lynette Marais, Raymond Davies.
