Ster Theatres was the Sanlam-owned exhibition division (the physical cinemas) that screened films for Ster Films.

Following the sale of 20th Century Fox in South Africa to Sanlam in 1969, Ster Films merged with Ster Theatres and was named Ster-Kinekor in 1970.
