Biography
Training
She went to Drama School in London.
Career
She was well known as radio and stage actress in Johannesburg in the 1950s and 1960s. She spent six years playing mostly character parts in numerous musicals and straight plays and has also appeared in two of Adam Leslie’s revues. She worked at the Market Theatre.

Performed in I Spy (1959), Witness for the Prosecution, Women of Twilight, Edith Potter in The Women, Gaslight, The Cherry Orchard, The Beaux Strategem, The Devils, Sister Monika in The Physicists, The Lower Depths, Hotel Paradiso, Robert and Elizabeth, Man of La Mancha, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, The Big Knife, Pity About People (Pieter-Dirk Uys, 1974), The Threepenny Opera and in Twelfth Night (as “Maria” for NAPAC).
