She was born in Dublin and grew up in Cape Town
Training
Graduated from UCT Drama School with a BA Performer’s Diploma in 1986.
Career
She worked as a freelance actress before joining the CAPAB Drama Company in November 1987.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She had roles in The Road to Mecca (as Elsa, 1989-1990), The Merchant of Venice, Tartuffe, Everything in the Garden, The Wizard of Oz, The Seagull as Nina, Thina Bantu - We People , My Sister in this House, two productions of The Bergvliet Murder Mystery (1989 and 1990), Measure for Measure, Good, Luciana in The Comedy of Errors, The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant (1990), Dorothea in A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur (1990), Sandra in Selle Ou Storie (1991).
Other productions include Twelfth Night (Maynardville 1989), The Merry Wives of Windsor, Romeo and Juliet, Tartuffe, Shakespeare's Macbeth, Thark and Love's Labour's Lost.
She appeared in several cabarets.
