He settled in the United States in 1983. He teaches acting, directing, dramatic literature, and directs departmental productions at Williams College [1].

He appeared on stage in productions of Pity About People (Pieter-Dirk Uys, 1974), And Green And Golden, Bedroom Farce, Cop-Out, East, Lysistrata, An Arabian Night, Ain't We Got Fun, Antigone (by Jean Anouilh), A Sunny Morning, Show Me Yours..., Kafka: The Trial, Holy Moses and All That Jazz, Six Characters in Search of an Author (1973).
