Career
After taking part in several productions in repertory in Sweden and the UK, he returned to South Africa.

Plays in which he has been seen include The Tempest, Ring Round the Moon, Present Laughter, Beauty and the Beast (for Compass Productions, directed by Helen Houghton at The Space Theatre, Cape Town, 197*), Macbeth (CAPAB 1981), Rose (for Toerien-Firth Company), Cheaters (for Pieter Toerien), Amadeus (for Pieter Toerien), Paradis Concerto (for Mario Schiess) and Who Goes Bare?
