Michelle Douglas () is an actress, puppeteer, writer, director and drama teacher.

She studied at the National School of the Arts, Johannesburg (1988 - 1990) and the Tshwane University of Technology (1992 - 1995)

Her life partner is the actor Lawrence Joffe.
