Voor Dit Gebeur ("Before it happens ") is a one-act play with music by Peter Snyders.

The original text
Written in “Kaaps”, or "Cape Afrikaans", it is a play about municipal workers and the effect on them of finding an abandoned baby in a drain.
The text unpublished.
Later expanded to become the full-length play Die Drein.
