Performance history in South Africa
1977: Performed in the Nico Malan Theatre by the CAPAB Youth Theatre Company, directed by Eileen Thorns with Fitz Morley as "Mr Snaakspraat". Designed by Martin Crous. It opened on 10 December as a morning show.
1989: Performed in the Nico Malan Theatre by CAPAB, directed by Mary Dreyer with Limpie Basson, Gustav Geldenhuys, Elma van Wijk, Gretha Brazelle, Nico de Beer. Designs by Peter Krummeck. It opened 2 March.
2016: Performed in Cape Town by AFDA
