Tales of Beatrix Potter and More Tales of Beatrix Potter are the titles of several stage adaptations based on the writings of English author of children's books, Beatrix Potter (1866-1943) [1].

Performance history in South Africa

1973: A Tail and Other Tales from Beatrix Potter presented by UCT Drama Department in the Arena Theatre, adapted and directed by Sue Broer.

1974: Presented by Theatre for Youth, adapted and directed by Sue Broer.

1979: Produced by Children's Theatre Productions at the Sandown Hall, directed by Joyce Levinsohn and Jill Girard.

1979: Potted Tales/Husse met Lang Ore (based on the stories by Beatrix Potter) presented by Christmas Cracker Theatre at John Scott Department Store, Pretoria, directed by Etienne Puren.

1980: More Tales of Beatrix Potter produced by Children's Theatre Productions at the Arena Theatre, Rosebank, directed by Joyce Levinsohn and Jill Girard.

1983: The Tales of Beatrix Potter presented in the Nico Malan Theatre Foyer, directed by Cindy Just.

1983: Produced by Children's Theatre at the Intimate Theatre, Johannesburg, with Michael Brunner.

1986: Produced by Children's Theatre Productions at the Intimate Theatre, directed by Joyce Levinsohn and Jill Girard.

1991: Joyce Levinsohn Productions in association with PACT at the Windybrow.
