The Martian Chronicles [1] is a 1950 collection of science fiction short stories by American author Ray Bradbury (1920-2012) [2]. It has been adapted for theatre, film, television and radio by various authors over the years.

1988: The Terrence Shank adaptation was staged by PACT, directed by Shank, with a cast including Michael Richard (Narrator), John Lesley, Anne Curteis, Darryl Fuchs, Megan Choritz, Giles Banton, Robert Finlayson, Brad Morris, Shirley Johnston, Susan Danford, David Butler, Peter Terry, Glenn Swart, Nomsa Nene, Peter Se-Puma, Jonathan Pienaar, Andre Odendaal, Stephen Jennings, Stuart Brown and others. Production designed by Andrew Botha and Stan Knight, with sound by Mark Malherbe.
