Ntlazane Youth Association, lessons in drawing, graphic art, music, dance, Guguletu in the 1970s. He wrote short plays for the Methodist Church. Studied Drama at UCT since 1987. His debut in 1990 in the Baxter Theatre in Guys and Dolls. He won the AA Vita Award as Best Actor for his role in Sizwe Banzi is Dead in 1991. He had a film role in Herman Binge's Leaving the Blues.
