The Young 'Uns was an acting group based in Port Elizabeth consisting of newcomers and youngsters to the world of acting.

Founding, function and history

The Young 'Uns was a part of the Port Elizabeth Shakespearean Festival and was run by Helen Mann.

Productions

August 22-25, 1975: Night Must Fall was staged at the Port Elizabeth Opera House.

Awards

1979: The Marie O'Hamer award was awarded to The Young 'Uns for their production of Point of Departure.
