Die Ruiter in die Nag is an Afrikaans feature film released in 1963.

The film is based on the immensely popular Afrikaans book Die Ruiter in die Nag written by Mikro, first published by in 1936. It tells the story of a Boer hero during the Anglo Boer War (South African War) of 1899-1902.

Shot in Cinemascope and Eastman Colour.

The film was dubbed into English as International Film Sistributions, Inc. as The Rider in the Night ()
