The series

Based on the beloved regional stories of C.G.S. de Villiers (known as "Dr Con"), the series was scripted by Johan van Jaarsveld, produced by Visio Film Produksies and directed by Manie van Rensburg.

The cast consisted of Babs Laker, Jannie Gildenhuys, Johan van Jaarsveld, Limpie Basson, Percy Sieff, Annelize van der Ryst, Marga van Rooy, Grethe Fox, Marie Schoeman, Ian Roberts, Marietha Channell, Emile Aucamp, Louw Verwey, Wilma Stockenström and Nerina Ferreira.

Cinematography by Tai Krige, editing by Nena Olwage, production design by Jeni Halliday, makeup by Marilyn du Preez and Colin Polson, production management by Richard Green and sound by Anton van der Linde and continuity Ansi Gröschl.
