First produced in 1977 by PACT at the Arena, directed by Ken Leach with Michael Richard, Paul Slabolepszy, Annelisa Weiland, Lesley Nott and Bill Flynn. Other productions followed in 1981 and 1982 with new casts on each occasion. Revised, produced and directed by Tim Plewman in 2007, with Bill Flynn and Tobie Cronje.
