Hansie die Hanslam ("Hansie the orphan/pet lamb") is an Afrikaans full-length children's play by Pieter Fourie.

Written in 1968 and published in 1969 by J.L. van Schaik.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

Directed for CAPAB by Leonora Nel, opening on 25 February 1969. Décor and costumes by Stephen de Villiers. The cast: Fitz Morley, Roelf Laubscher, Dawid van der Walt, Cheryl Heath, Willem de la Querra, Lianda Martin.

Presented by PACOFS in 1969, directed by Bill Smuts, starring Annette Engelbrecht and Raymond Davies.

Produced by SWAPAC in Windhoek in October 1979.
