Performance history in South Africa
2019: Presented for the Showtime Awards in the Little Theatre by the Port Elizabeth Musical and Dramatic Society (Pemads) in collaboration with naming sponsor Woodlands Dairy and Business and Arts South Africa (Basa). Directed/choreographed by Siobhan Day, with guest choreographer Natasha Tait, Wayne Hughes (musical and vocal director), Rocky Mann and Lance Bright (technical consultants), Mari Sharp (lighting), Steven van der Merwe (sound), Johan Wolmarans (costume design), Marlene Pieterse (creative consultant). The cast includes Kristin Labuschagne, Danielle Viljoen, Keryn Gillham, James van der Merwe, Jonathan Hughes, Matthew Perry, Angelica Staples, Kalyn du Plessis, Anel Strauss, Chloe van Rooyen, Gemma Oosthuizen, Karen Weyer, Lia Domin, Monya Meyer and Te'Shan Olwage. The special guest star was award-winning soprano Liske Hemingway.
