The Shop at Sly Corner
A British crime thriller about a crooked antique shop owner, by Edward Percy. It opened in April 1945 at St Martin’s Theatre, London and was a long-running West End hit. Also became a short-lived Broadway vehicle for Boris Karloff. Filmed as Code of Scotland Yard in 1947 with Oscar Homolka, though the film is apparently also known by the original name of The Shop at Sly Corner.
