Tamryn Pelser

Tamryn Pelser (?-) is a dancer and teacher.

Training

She matriculated from the National School of the Arts (Speech and Drama) in 1998 and later studied Dance at Pretoria Technikon (TUT).

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Tamryn Pelser is a movement teacher based in Cape Town with a background in dance and performance. After a career as a professional dancer and performer, she became certified in Pilates, Body Intelligence, Psychology, Functional Anatomy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Passionate about lifelong learning, she integrates art, science, and education in her teaching.​

She teaches SOMA at LAMTA.
