Schreiner: A One Woman Play is a play by Stephen Gray

It is a one woman play about the authoress Olive Schreiner. The text was published by David Philip, 1983 and 1987.

Performance history in South Africa

1983: First performed at the Grahamstown Festival in July, by the Market Theatre Company, with Lucille Gillwald directing Elize Cawood as Olive Schreiner. It then moved to the Baxter Studio, followed by runs at the Laager (Market Theatre), Johannesburg in August and the Oude Libertas Theatre in Stellenbosch in December. Costume designed by Esbe Grabie, lighting designed by Patrick Miller.

1989: A production of the play was directed by Liz Mills, staged at the Great Hall.
