HOWEVER: Is this a reference to the National Festival of One-act Plays run for coloured secondary schools under the old dispensation mentioned by Gosher, 1988, or the bilingual Department of Coloured Affairs One-Act Play Festival founded in 1975 which he also refers to? (Are they the same?)
